AHF Spedition GmbH (Styria) went bankrupt

The bankruptcy proceedings on the assets and liabilities of AHF Spedition GmbH, headquartered at Mühlfelderweg 30, in 8055 Graz Puntigam were opened at the court Landesgericht Graz on 1 August under the reference number 26 S 66/17 a. The business of the debtor is arranging forwarding orders. The business operation was started in April 2014.

According to the association for the protection of creditors – Kreditschutzverband 1870, about 200 creditors are affected by this insolvency. The court has appointed the lawyer Dr Arno Roman Lerchbauer (Radetzkystraße 31, 8010 Graz) as insolvency administrator.The first audit day and the reporting date will be on October 9th at 10.45 am in Room 205 / Room K at the Landesgericht Graz.
