More than EUR 100 million investment: Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo boosts the rhythm of innovation in the field of IT and e-developments

In line with its ambitions of achieving 100% paperless operations and 70% of its business serviced by e-solutions, Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo is extending its service range by “Click ‘n Book”.

“Click ‘n Book” is a new e-tool aimed at simplifying and speeding up the booking process for spot quotes. “Customers are now just three clicks away from their bookings – wherever and whenever they choose”, the company announces in a press release.

To achieve its e-ambitions, the Group is investing more than EUR 100 million in IT and e-developments, from website enhancements to campaigns launched on community platforms.

Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo is the dedicated air cargo business of the Air France KLM Group. By joining forces in the cargo arena in 2005, AF-KL Cargo became the world’s biggest non-integrator operator, generating a combined turnover of  EUR 3 billion. Since the KLM Group became Martinair Holland NV’s sole shareholder on 31 December 2008, Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo has gradually intensified cooperation.

Historically, Air France Cargo, KLM Cargo and Martinair Cargo have always been at the forefront of transporting and handling a variety of cargo.
