Anhalt Logistics enters container logistics through acquisition

Anhalt Logistics takes over employees and fleet of von Pein Transport + Logistik forwarding company in Hamburg
 
In a press release Anhalt Logistics, the German specialist in the segment of liquids transport, announces the takeover of employees and fleet of the forwarding company von Pein Transport + Logistik GmbH in Hamburg, effective July 1, 2013. As well as the management for the premises in Hamburg-Waltershof will be taken over by Anhalt Logistics.
 
The logistics enterprise will also take over operation of the company premises in Hamburg-Waltershof from this date. Thus Anhalt Logistics expand their presence in Hamburg by another location and will become active in the fields of seaports and container logistics in the future.
 
Anhalt Logistics headquartered in Rehm-Flehde-Bergen operates more than 170 tank and refrigerated vehicles and offers international transportations of food, chemicals and refrigerated goods. In addition they operate more than 250 loading units for intermodal transport. Apart from the company headquarters they operate locations in Hamburg, Duisburg and Tallinn (Estonia).
