ATX: Cooperation of Grand Alliance, ZIM Lines and Hamburg Süd
| Hamburg Süd participating in Atlantic Express Service (ATX) The Grand Alliance members (Hapag-Lloyd, Nippon Yusen Kaisha and Orient Overseas Container Line) and ZIM Integrated Shipping Services are integrating the Hamburg Süd shipping company into the jointly operated Atlantic Express Services (ATX). The relevant agreement will become effective under the reserve as soon as it is approved by the FMC, which is expected for the mid of June. The cooperation was formed with regard to the falling transport volumes in transatlantic traffic. The schedule remains unaffected. The port rotation is the following: Rotterdam, Hamburg, Le Havre, Southampton, New York, Norfolk, Charleston, Rotterdam.
