Bankruptcy of FIT-Log Logistikzentrum in Bischofshofen
| FIT-Log in Bischofshofen stops warehousing operations Following the debtors own application bankruptcy proceedings about the assets of the FIT-Log Logistikzentrum GmbH were opened at the Landesgericht Salzburg (regional court) on May 19. The insolvency involves 25 creditors and 4 employees. According to the KSV 1870 (Austrian association for the protection of creditors) assets amount to EUR 20,000 while liabilities amount to EUR 392,000. Core business of the FIT-Log company was the providing of a logistic centre for throughput and storage of goods. A continuation of the enterprise is not planned. The reason for the insolvency is said to be the tense financial situation due to declining freight volumes in the course of the last months.
