Cabbages & Roses goes shared user with Clipper

Cabbages & Roses, the fabrics and homewares brand, has hired Clipper Logistics to provide a shared user distribution service including delivery to store as well as worldwide e-fulfilment.

The retailer’s existing operations have to-date been serviced in-house. Operations will be based at Clipper’s distribution centre in Enfield, which will allow for expansion as the business grows. In addition to the storage and packaging capabilities, the system will also accommodate a fabric cutting operation.

Holly-Leigh Harvey, head of operations at Cabbages & Roses said: “Clipper stood out as experts in fashion and retail logistics and were able to offer us a bespoke solution that will maintain and indeed improve our customers’ experience. The solution will enhance our supply chain processes and will allow the business to grow in line with customer demand, ensuring we are well placed for the future.”

Cabbages & Roses will also use Clipper’s returns management system, which will repatriate returned items into stock inventory.
