Canterbury’s Salvatori joins Palletways
Canterbury-based logistics firm Salvatori has joined Palletways.
Salvatori, which is based in Aylesham Industrial Estate with depots in Rochester and Calais, will handle up to 500 pallets in and around the Canterbury and Ashford areas.
Daniel Salvatori, Salvatori’s director, said: “Being part of Palletways will enable us to have access to state-of-the-art IT systems which are far more advanced than the competition. The IT platform in place will allow us to see where our customers’ pallets are at any given time and will help us enhance customer and operational excellence.
The 80 year old firm recently appointed Phil Macey as group transport and operations director and Mark Taylor as group financial director.
