CBRE brings NextPharma Logistics to the Wien Nord logistics park
NextPharma Logistics is almost doubling its logistics capacities to around 12,500 m² by renting Hall E of the logistics facility in the municipality of Großebersdorf near Vienna. Depending on a positive business development, the company will also rent adjacent areas.
“This showpiece will attract further customers,” Walter Gartler, commercial director and sales manager NextPharma Logistics, is enthusiastic.
Both the ideal traffic access and the equipment of the logistics areas were the decisive reasons for this location: the warehouse offers two separate temperature zones (15-25°C and 2-8°C), as well as a high-security facility for anaesthetics.
The kara Group of Companies has developed Hall E of the business park in Eibesbrunn, and completed it at the beginning of this year. CBRE was involved in this arrangement and operating on behalf of both the developer kara Group of Companies and the tenant NextPharma Logistics, and was commissioned by both of them.
NextPharma is a specialist in outsourcing services in the field of product development, contract manufacturing and distribution for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and veterinary pharmaceutical industries at six development and production sites, and five logistics centres in Europe. The company employs 1,000 people and serves a worldwide customer base.
