Centriq joins Körber group

Centriq Group, parent to Voiteq and Cirrus Logistics, has become part of Körber, the German technology group.

The move follows the retirement of Frank Heald, Centriq Group’s chairman, founder and largest shareholder.

Hamburg-based Körber offers a range of digital solutions for the smart factory (production logistics), the warehouse, distribution centre, e-commerce, and management of the entire supply chain.

These range from project planning and consulting services through software, materials handling, palletizing and warehousing technology, down to comprehensive systems integration for production, distribution, and transport logistics.

Centriq Group will join the Business Unit Software within Körber’s Business Area Logistics Systems along with Aberle Software, DMLogic, HighJump and Inconso.
