CEVA expands in the Middle East with new warehouse

CEVA Logistics has opened a new 63,000 m² facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), Dubai, expanding the company’s warehouse space in the Middle East to more than 100,000 m².
 

The new purpose built facility, which includes office space, is LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified. The warehouse also has a specialist 3,000 m² which is licensed to store Classes 2, 3 and 4 under the dangerous goods licence.

The 63,000 m² facility comprises of two separate units. The first offers more than 35,000 m² of temperature- and environment-controlled warehousing and 500 m² of office space. The second provides more than 26,000 m² of ambient warehousing and a further 400 m² of office space.

Developed in collaboration with Gazeley, the new facility is designed to meet the highest standards in environmental construction and efficiency.

CEVA also partnered with Gazeley when it leased a unique 12,000 m² pyramid building in Dubai, which serves as a central hub for all regional customers as well as CEVA’s Middle East headquarters.
