China Airlines improves service from Vienna to Taipei
The Taiwanese company China Airlines is considerably improving its flight service between Vienna and Taipei. As of June 1, 2009, the regular flights will be operated in a non-stop-mode again. The currently obligatory stopover in Abu Dhabi will be ceased. An Airbus A340-300 of China Airlines takes about 13 hours for the flight from Vienna to Taipei. The flights will be operated on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Austria. The return flights will be operated on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. According to the airline the hub in Taipei offers the most rapid connections from Vienna to Vietnam, Hong Kong, Manila (Philippines), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Bali and Sydney in Australia.
