Starting signal for DKV’s online system eReporting
DKV Euro Service online analysis platform available for a wide operating range in seven languages Following a long period of development and tests DKV Euro Service, a service provider for the logistics and transport industry, is introducing eReporting as an innovative online analysis platform. The new tool shall increase transparency at operators of truck fleets. It is targeted to improve the analysis of costs and fleet data. The special features of eReporting are cost control by reports that can be easily configured and defined according to arbitrary parameters. DKV’s customers may select and develop their transactions according to individual time frames, types of vehicles or different products and countries. Moreover eReporting gives more transparency for the evaluation of toll data: At the push of a button the program indicates toll routes according to time frames, vehicles, beginnings and ends of toll roads as well as covered toll kilometres including toll costs. Users will shortly be able to receive news by e-mail with regard to deviations such as exceeded limits for toll payments or refuelling. Also ecological factors like the average fuel consumption of the fleet or CO2 emissions of vehicles will be considered. Customers may test the full DKV eReporting online system for free in the initial stage for three months. From 1 January 2011 the free basic version and the advanced version for 9.90 Euro per month or the premium parcel for 14.90 Euro will be available in seven languages: German, Danish, English, Dutch, French, Italian and Polish.
