Chrysler Group LLC is the new CEE customer of Ceva Logistics
Fiat Group charges Ceva Logistics with organisation of spare parts logistics of the Chrysler Group LLC in central and eastern Europe:
Placing the order for organisation and handling of spare parts logistics of the Chrysler Group LLC in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, the Italian Fiat Group strengthens its partnership with the SCM specialist Ceva Logistics. The logistics company will manage the warehousing and distribution of automotive spare parts for dealers that distribute the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge brands. Returns logistics is also part of the contract. They will serve 740 retailers of the Chrysler Group LLC.
Ceva Logistics manages the warehousing for its new client at two locations. At the distribution centre in Vatry (France) about 6.000 m² were fitted for the intensified partnership with the Fiat Group. At the logistics terminal in Bielsko-Biala, southern Poland, about 5,000 m² additional warehousing space is now available.
