Dachser and Fresh Logistics: Food-Alliance in Eastern Europe

Cooperation of Dachser Food Logistics and Fresh Logistics (Raben Group) in temperature controlled transport logistics to Eastern Europe
 
Dachser’s food logistics network in Eastern Europe will be upgraded in the form of a new partnership with Fresh Logistics, a subsidiary company of the Raben Group. As of now both enterprises act in concert in temperature controlled transport logistics to Poland, the Czech Republic and the Baltic States.
 
“This partnership enables us to reach our target, which is providing our customers also in these Eastern European countries with reliable and standardised services for all positive temperature ranges“, says Alfred Miller, managing director European Food Logistics Dachser. Daily, regular  services to the new transhipment points in Eastern Europe will be available from the Dachser locations in Schönefeld (Berlin) and Hof.Fresh Logistics operates area-covering networks for general cargo transport in Poland, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In line with Dachser the company provides its customers with status information about the shipments and digitally available proofs of delivery. For the enterprise this new strategic partnership opens the gates to Germany as well as Northern, Western and Southeastern Europe.
 
Raben Group and its subsidiary for refrigerated logistics Fresh Logistics is the market leading food logistician in Poland. They operate a nation-wide network of locations for food distribution in all temperature ranges. All Polish trade chains are supplied on a daily basis. Fresh Logistics has about 600 employees and more than 40,000 m² temperature controlled warehousing area, completed by a fleet of more than 550 vehicles.
