Dachser Austria is the new logistics partner of illycaffè

Warehousing and distribution logistics of illycaffé lies in the hands of Dachser Austria since recently
 
Dachser Austria has won a new large-scale customer. Since 1 February the illycaffè company from Trieste puts the logistics for its products into the hands of Dachser in Hörsching. The around 280 articles are stored in the new warehouse in Pasching near Linz offering 500 pallet slots. The product range covers single espresso spoons, sugar cans as well as the finest coffee beans.
 
Dachser takes over the full warehousing management including picking and dispatch of all types of coffe and advertising articles within Austria. Delivery of the goods is carries out by numerous suppliers, e.g. from Italy or Germany directly to the Dachser distribution centre.
 
“In its modern logistics facility in Hörsching Dachser is able to offer an ideal platform for the connection to the network of illycaffè. The central warehouse in the centre of Austria allows us to ideally supply our customers with the products throughout the country“, says Frédéric Ermacora, Head of the illycaffè branch in Austria.
