Dachser signs collaboration agreement with Teleroute

Dachser and Teleroute have signed a collaboration agreement designed to optimise the two companies‘ long standing relationship and further improve Dachser’s company’s all-round efficiency.

Dachser has been using the Teleroute Freight Exchange for twenty years. A Closed User Group has been set up connecting Dachser’s 130 sites in sixteen countries, and the first trial of the Teleroute ACTIVE platform in Dachser Germany has the green light

The business relationship includes access to all Teleroute services across Dachser’s. Via Teleroute CONNECT, the Dachser Transport Management System is directly interfaced into the Teleroute Freight Exchange platform.

The established collaboration between the two companies has resulted in the creation of synergies and the streamlining of processes, optimising the flow of postings and saving time.

The Closed User Group is accessible only to Dachser’s planners all around Europe, enabling them to share real-time information on all their European freight and vehicle requirements through Teleroute CONNECT.  If a consignment or vehicle has not been allocated within the hour, the posting is transferred to the public Teleroute Freight Exchange, accessible to all Teleroute customers.

Dachser Germany will also be one of the first companies outside France to test the Teleroute ACTIVE platform – c customised premium platform that offers improved ergonomics, powerful features and embedded additional services. It integrates the Freight Exchange as a strategic tool with a fully automated posting interface included in the customer’s Transport Management System.
