DFDS Logistics opens Prague office
Forwarding activities of logistics company Beltrin became part of DFDS Logistics; now they will develop services in other CEE countries
As from now, DFDS Logistics runs its first company (DFDS Logistics s.r.o.) in the Czech Republic. The new enterprise will operate from an office in Prague. It took over the forwarding activities of logistics company Beltrin.
Beltrin is familiar with DFDS as it has been using DFDS’ container services for its forwarding activities, mainly between the Czech Republic and Ireland. The former Beltrin team already has detailed knowledge of the Czech transport market and DFDS Logistics’ European network.
An important goal will be to connect the new office with other offices in DFDS Logistics’ extensive network so DFDS can continue to develop its services and expand into neighbouring Slovakia and other eastern European countries in line with the ambition of offering customers access to a growing network.
