DHL Express wins European Service Value Award and thus receives quality seal for Austria’s best enterprises 2014

With the European Service Awards 2014, DHL Express Austria has proved once again their customer-oriented business strategy yields fruit. Following two successful awards in the competition of Austria’s most customer-oriented service provider in 2012 and 2013 (“Österreichs kundenorientierteste Dienstleister“), this is also confirmed by the quality seal for Austria’s best companies 2014 (“Österreichs Beste Unternehmen“).

ServiceValue GmbH awards the quality seal exclusively to companies orienting their strategy towards customers, thereby sustainably supporting the customer relations with the relevant services and operations. First and foremost, the customers must clearly recognise the resulting benefits. In the analysis DHL Express has scored 70 points, which is beyond the benchmark.

Customers rated criteria price transparency and service, competent staff as well as binding and reliable communication outstandingly positive. According to the study, there is also a high level of confidence in DHL Express and the customer promise of the company.

„The study shows that our customers think very positively about our company, its reputation and image,“ says Ralf Schweighöfer, managing director, DHL Express Austria about their new award for customer orientation and service quality. „This confirms our corporate strategy and all investments we have made in recent years.“
