Double deckers for Pets at Home
Pets at Home has ordered 11 stepframe double deck curtainsiders from Cartwright which feature Cheetah aerodynamic profile, a Moffett at the rear of the trailer and buckleless curtains.
The curtains use an air operated tension system with no buckles on the outside to enable drivers to secure the curtains more quickly and efficiently.
Steve Travis, Pets at Home general manager, transport, said: “The design has been continuously improved and finessed over time and as ever the devil is always in the detail. The final arbiters of how practical and successful a design actually is lies with the end user, in this case our drivers. Since bringing these into commission the feedback has been very positive upon how their suggestions have been successfully incorporated into the design.”
