DPD Austria gains one more award
Parcel service DPD Austria is now officially belonging to the group of the most customer-oriented service providers in Austria
The private parcel service DPD Austria received a special award in the frame of the competition of Austria’s most customer-oriented service providers 2012, in the category “cooperation“. They awarded exclusively service providers who put their customers’ requirements and best service first.
“We see our efforts confirmed by this award. Through numerous cooperations we try to provide the best service quality to our customers and support them as good as possible“, Rainer Schwarz, managing director, comments on the award.
DPD Austria (Direct Parcel Distribution) based in Leopoldsdorf near Vienna is specialising in national and international B2B parcel shipping. The enterprise has around 1,500 employees in Austria. With a fleet of 900 vehicles they transported about 38.3 million parcels in 2011.
