DPD expands “new delivery service” to Baltic States

Expanded offer for “new delivery services” with DPD parcel service

DPD Direct Parcel Distribution adds another region into its European service concept for new deliveries of consignments. With immediate effect also parcel recipients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, who can’t be met on first delivery date, might order a new delivery of their parcels. Therefore an online portal was created, where addressees can chose around the clock between several options of new delivery.

Including this expansion, DPD offers the new delivery service in ten European countries. The new delivery portal is based on a concept designed by DPD in Austria. So far it has been used in Germany, Denmark, Switzerland and the Benelux countries. As an alternative to the web-based version there is also the option of ordering new delivery on the telephone.
