DSV acquires S&H
Third party logistics provider DVS has acquired European multi-channel fulfilment business S&H to further improve its e-commerce offering.

S&H is based in the Netherlands and employs 120 people. It will continue as a stand-alone company under the name of DSV Multi-channel Fulfilment.
DSV Solutions division EVP Peter van der Maas has taken on the role of managing director while S&H CEO Hans Elshout has stepped down as CEO but will continue to work for DSV in an advisory capacity.
“We have been on the lookout for a suitable add-on acquisition to boost our capabilities within e-commerce, specifically multi-channel fulfilment. S&H is a great fit for DSV, and we are looking very much forward to taking full advantage of S&H’s expertise within this field,” said DSV Solutions division CEO Brian Ejsing.
