Eva Michlits leaves viadonau
After many years, Eva Michlits decided to finish her work at viadonau. In mid-September she will start working in an agency for communication consulting.
Now she would like to express her thanks for the cooperation in the past years. “Through the trust you have put into me, we have been able to achieve a lot together. It was a pleasure for me to work with you on behalf of the Danube,” writes Eva Michlits.
The the waterway operator in the Danube region maintains and cares for approximately 300 kilometres of flood control dams on the rivers Danube, March and Thaya, and ensures the safe and efficient traffic management at nine Danube locks. They also maintain 500 kilometres of towpaths as well as 250 kilometres of cycle paths. Approximately 260 employees are involved in the daily care, protection, safety and development of the Danube region.
