Fiege expands logistics solution for Döllken

Fiege has expanded its cooperation with Döllken Kunststoffverarbeitung, a polymer processing company based in Gladbeck, Germany, by assuming control of its in-house logistics.

Since 2009, Fiege has been in charge of the entire warehousing at the Gladbeck site for the Weimar-based sister company of Döllken. In addition to in-house logistics, Fiege handles all national traffic for Döllken, from Weimar. Döllken supplies furniture manufacturers worldwide with thermoplastic edges.

"As a result of the good experiences gained over the past years we have opted for Fiege once again as our strong and dependable partner" said Hartwig Schwab, Managing Director of Döllken Kunststoffverarbeitung.

At the Gladbeck site some 45 Fiege staff will be employed, handling both fields on around 11,000 sq m of logistics space.
