Fiege Poland has been making huge strides for 20 years
Fiege has been operating as a logistics service provider in Poland for 20 years. Started with a handful of employees at one location, the country company today is one of the most important logistics service providers in Poland in the areas of e-commerce, tires, fashion, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. Recently, in Warsaw, with strategic partners, customers and employees, the 20th anniversary of Fiege Poland was celebrated.
“We first started in an old-fashioned warehouse in Odrzywołek, 50 kilometers south of Warsaw – with just seven employees,” reports CEO Jens Fiege. “Today, more than 1,600 people work at our 15 sites, making us one of the leading logistics providers in Poland.”
Fiege currently operates a total of seven transshipment centers and eight branches with around 350,000 m² of logistics space in Poland. Further growth is imminent: Fiege will soon open a new logistics center in Zielona Góra, Lower Silesia. Nearly 300 employees at the site will process returns for e-commerce customers.
