NachtExpress specialist TNT Innight Austria has a new head
Christian Teply succeeds Mag. Thomas Bauer as Country General Manager with TNT Innight Austria effective 1 August 2014
The 43-year-old Upper Austrian Christian Teply is the new Country General Manager of TNT Innight Austria effective August 1, 2014. He takes over from Mag. Thomas Bauer, who leaves the company as CEO after more than 10 years, to face new challenges at the sister company in Germany.
Christian Teply started his career in 1990 in the logistics planning of the trans-o-flex express delivery service company. After the takeover by German Post Euroexpress, he had been holding the function of an area operations manager for the central region from 2001 to 2005. Then, during the rebranding of DHL Express, also part of the Deutsche Post, Teply became Head of Quality, Customer Operations & Security.
Christian Teply has been employed by TNT Innight Austria since April 2006, initially as Operational Excellence Manager, early 2007 as Country Operations Manager and afterwards as Country Sales & Marketing Manager.
