Four lettings announced as construction completes at Coventry site

Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management have announced the letting of four units at Holbrook Park, a 254,000ft² urban logistics development in Coventry. This news comes alongside the announcement that the second and final phase of development has completed.

The new occupiers are fastener manufacturer Würth, bathroom product supplier Clifton Bathrooms, smart energy solution provider Kevatek and trophy manufacturer TrophyMe.

According to Chancerygate, a further two units are currently under offer, leaving 25 of the total 31 units at Holbrook Park available on a leasehold basis. These units range from 2,485ft² to 22,420ft²; the largest unit on the site at 40,120ft² is no longer available.

Chancerygate development manager Rob Watts said: “Holbrook Park provides occupiers with much-needed sustainable, high-specification urban logistics accommodation in a well-connected strategic location within the West Midlands.

“With four lettings secured, two under offer and the second and final phase of Holbrook Park now complete, we are busy showing interested parties around and discussing their options with them.”

Sustainability features at the site include electric vehicle (EV) charging points, photovoltaic (PV) panels and 15% warehouse roof lights.
