Logicor reaches full occupancy at Newbury site

ogicor’s Kennetside Industrial Estate in Newbury, Berkshire has now reached 100% occupancy, following the finalisation of deals with two different companies for the remaining units on the site.

Atkins & Potts, a food manufacturer specialising in sauces and condiments, has taken Unit C on a 10-year lease. This is a recently refurbished 40,481ft² warehouse which has a range of sustainability features including solar photovoltaic (PV) panels across the whole roof, LED lighting, and air source heat pumps.

Also on a 10-year lease, Unit H has been let to IT solutions company TrellisWorks. Unit H consists of 10,618 ft² of warehouse and office space.

Bill Martyn-Smith, Logicor’s Asset Manager for the UK, said: “We’re thrilled to have worked closely with Atkins & Potts and TrellisWorks to identify the right space for their expansion needs.

“At Logicor, supporting our customer’s growth ambitions is core to what we do, which is why we work closely with potential customers to truly understand what they need now and might need from their space years down the line.”

Deal Varney and DTRE are joint letting agents for Kennetside Industrial Estate.
