Geek+ looks to increase warehouse storage capacity with extended depth AMR

Geek+ has launched the C200M, an extended-depth bin-to-person AMR, which it claims can increase warehouse storage capacity by 2.5 times compared to that of a manual warehouse.  

The C200M uses a 1.4m telescopic fork to access two rows of containers from one side of the shelf and operates on 1m wide aisles.

The AMR also has a cargo storage range of 0.215m to 5m, allowing for multi-level development such as mezzanines.

The new C200M picking robot will bring customers even more value by reducing warehouse rental costs and improving storage capacity to propel long-term development of enterprises and realises flexible, smart upgrades.”

The C200M can also be connected to a variety of automation equipment such as conveyor lines and other robots.

Geek+ (stand 430) will be at IntraLogisteX 2020, which will take place on 28 and 29 July at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry. The show moved to July in the light of measures to curb the coronavirus pandemic.
