GEFCO UK moves two-wheeler cross-dock to Coventry

GEFCO UK has moved its two-wheels, marine and powered product cross-dock facility to its Prologis facility in Coventry.

As part of the process, GEFCO said the two-wheels, marine and powered product control tower team will also be moving to Coventry University Technology Park.

GEFCO UK said that the move was part of the “overall evolution” its strategy in this sector from warehousing to distribution.

Cedric Chacon, transport and logistics director at GEFCO, said: “We operate in a rapidly-evolving market, and these developments to our two-wheeler strategy have been designed to help us to continue to meet market expectations and further develop our opportunities growth.

“With these enhancements, we are in an even better position to offer an improved level of service, clearer differentiation from our competitors and place a stronger focus on best-in-class customer satisfaction,” he added.
