GENCO Supply Chain Solutions merges with ATC Technology Corp
Following the completion of the merger between GENCO Supply Chain Solutions and ATC Technology Corporation October 22nd, the company has begun operating under the name GENCO ATC. The combination of GENCO and ATC creates North America’s second largest 3PL, with 120 operations throughout North America, included an added presence in the southeast US (Fort Worth and Carrolton in Texas, Oklahoma City, Memphis in Tennessee) and Matamoros in Mexico. The merger immediately strengthens GENCO ATC’s position in supply chain management for the consumer electronics/IT sector. Solution enhancements will be realised in transportation management; test and repair; remanufacturing; high velocity serialised fulfilment, co-packing and kitting; warehouse management systems; and product remarketing. These complimentary integrated solutions, along with advanced technology and a focus on continuous productivity improvement, will offer customers a significant opportunity to reduce their overall supply chain costs.
