The units measuring 186,000 sq ft and 134,000 sq ft will be built to net zero carbon in construction

The scheme has an outline planning permission to deliver up to 2 million sq ft of logistics floor space. Situated on the important M45/A45 strategic highway link, the site is located at the heart of the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’

The buildings will ready to occupy in 2022.
