H.Essers: Temperature controlled groupage services to the Middle East
H.Essers will start an unique service from Europe to the STAN-countries and the Middle East by using a pharma certified crossdock in Bucharest
By September 1st, H.Essers will start a direct temperature-controlled groupage service for pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The logistics service provider with headquarters in Genk (Belgium) will offer a complete cold chain solution for both LTL as well as groupage. “This service is being a more reliable alternative to air freight or FTL in road transport”, the company announces.
H.Essers will guarantee weekly departures from Europe through the pharma certified crossdock in Bucharest, where the loads are consolidated and hence further delivered „on wheels“ to their final destination. In a first phase they aim for the STAN-countries such as Armenia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Tajiskistan. From December on this service will be extended to several countries in the Middle East, from Jordan to Qatar.
The service fully meets the latest GDP-standards and this for both full loads as LTL and groupage. The cold chain is guaranteed during the entire ride and customers can follow their goods permanently online via the track and trace system & they can check the temperature and the location of the goods. H.Essers also takes care of all customs formalities.
