Hellmann Worldwide Logistics buys overnight express company from PostNord in Belgium and the Netherlands:
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (Osnabrück) took over HIT Starintex B.V. Holland and HIT Belgium SA, two enterprises of PostNord specialising on overnight express services on 4 January 2012. The two companies will act as Night Star Express Hellmann in the Netherlands and Belgium.
