Hellmann Worldwide Logistics expands its headquarters

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics added a 1.100 m² floor to its Neue Arbeitswelten“-office in the Speicher III-building in Osnabrück

The company headquarters of the Osnabrück-based logistics provider Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, the “Speicher III“, is growing: On March 17, 2014 the employees moved in on the new first floor of the former warehouse building Speicher III. In 2008 the majority of the personell from the headquarter departments moved in at the rebuilt granary from the year 1934. When the company was moving into the new and innovative headquarters, the three floors offered sufficient space for the around 200 employees. The first floor had been designed as a reserve area.

The company’s expansion made it necessary to further expand the granary. 85 additional job opportunities will be created there, which will be mainly filled with IT-employees. However, the concept does not provide for fixed workplaces: In the Speicher III the company will apply the concept of free seating, thus all colleagues may find their place there in the morning.
