Change at top management of the trans-o-flex Logistics Group

Max Moser takes over the position of Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of trans-o-flex with effect from April 1,; Oliver Rupps leaves the company at his own request

A personnel change is taking place within the management of the trans-o-flex Logistics Group; With effect from  April 1, 2014, Max Moser (56), Head of the Parcel Logistics Austria business area, changes from Österreichische Post AG to the company’s subsidiary trans-o-flex in Weinheim where he succeeds Oliver Rupps who leaves the company at his own request in order to accept a new task.

Max Moser had managed the Parcel Logistics Austria business with its

1,500 employees since 2006 and was able to clearly increase the business area’s turnover and result. During his professional career, Moser, who holds a degree in Business Administration and is a native of Austria, also held various positions with Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich, the forwarding company Schachinger, RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria and Oberösterreichische Warenvermittlung, der Verband der Oberösterreichischen Lagerhausgenossenschaften.

I am confident that Max Moser will successfully continue the efficiency increase programmes initiated at trans-o-flex and, on the basis of his broad experience, also give fresh impetus.“

Since June 2008, trans-o-flex Logistics Group has been a 100-% subsidiary of Österreichische Post. In 2013, annual sales of the group, which has a workforce of approximately 1,800 employees, amounted to about EUR 505 million.
