Henning Bosch will assume new tasks with Imperial International

Imperial Logistics International establishes new group-wide Operational Excellence Department and streamlines the top Management

Board of Imperial Shipping Holding Henning Bosch (53), Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Imperial Shipping Holding GmbH, will assume responsibility for the new group-wide Operational Excellence Department of Imperial Logistics International on 15 April this year. In this function he reports directly to Carsten Taucke, CEO of the Imperial Logistics International Group.

He hands over his previous duties as COO of Imperial Shipping Holding GmbH to his management colleagues Uwe Wedig (CEO) and Jens Kleiner (CFO), who will form the Management Board of Imperial Shipping Holding GmbH in future.

KG is responsible for coordination and management of all international logistics business outside Africa.
