Honeywell expands automation system
Honeywell has expanded its line of Thor VM2 vehicle-mount computers, designed for warehouse, port, and yard process automation.
The Thor VM2 now offers support for Microsoft Windows 7 Pro, and Windows Embedded Standard 7 operating systems, to offer easy application development and system integration.
“Support for additional operating systems offers seamless migration for new and existing customers to move to a vehicle-mount computer with industry-leading productivity enhancement features,“ said vice president of global marketing for Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, Peter Fehl.
