IMS doubles its offer on the Koper service

‘Slovenian Rail Service’ of the container operator IMS now offers two weekly rotations between Vienna and Koper
 
The container operator IMS headquartered in Vienna enhances its offer on the route to Koper. As of now the ‘Slovenian Rail Service’ offers a second weekly rotation between the Port of Koper and the container terminal of the port of Vienna-Freudenau. The block trains start their journey on Tuesdays and Saturdays from Austria’s capital to the Slovenian seaport. On the return course the ‘Slovenian Rail Shuttle’ leaves Koper on Thursdays and Sundays.
 
IMS was established as a private container operator in 1993 and acts as a full service provider of all services related to combined transport. In their branches in Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Switzerland about 70 employees are on the payroll. Lately they handled an annual volume of 190,000 TEU.
