IMS upgrades service to the stations Ennshafen and Vienna

“Austria Container Shuttle“ of IMS now offers eight rotations per week between Hamburg/Bremerhaven and Enns/Vienna:

The neutral container operator IMS – Intermove System Speditions und Transport GesmbH – has recently increased rail capacity on the Hamburg/Bremerhaven – Enns/Vienna route and return from six to eight weekly rotations. As of now the “Austria Container Shuttle“ offers a capacity of more than 1.450 TEU on 16 departures per week on this route, as the enterprise announces in a press release.

IMS based in the Viennese district Donaustadt acts as a full service provider and offers services according to demand as well as complete concepts relating to combined container transport on continental Europe. Last year they handled a total volume of 190,000 TEU. The enterprise has currently about 60 employees at locations in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. Annual consolidated turnover 2010 amounted to EUR 51 million.
