Intereuropa disposes of subsidiary in Austria

Lebring-location of Intereuropa Group belongs to the past

The Austrian location of the Intereuropa Group (Koper/Slovenia) has a new owner. In a short announcement the Management of the international transport and logistics group informed about the sale of the Intereuropa Transport und Spedition GmbH in Lebring. The announcement neither contains information about the new owner nor about the purchase price. The company was not complying with the operating guidelines of the Intereuropa Group and did not achieve business and financial goals, as the group explained the reasons for the sale.

The Intereuropa-branch in Lebring in southern Styria started operating on 1 June 2008. The location has been and is still specialising in the organisation and handling of part and full load transports from Austria and Western Europe to Eastern and Southeastern Europe. Also air and sea cargo were covered in the service portfolio. Intereuropa intends to render the named services in Austria in cooperation with partner companies in the future.
