Introduction of environmental and energy management system to increase competitiveness of the J. Müller group

The J. Müller Group, headquartered in Brake (Germany) has successfully completed the certification according to the international standards ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 50001 (energy management). The primary objective of the introduction of the energy management system is to reduce the consumption of electricity, gas and heating oil. With this certification, the issue of energy and environment is firmly rooted in the company policy of the J. Müller group and reflects their strong commitment in this segment.

Advantages of the management systems include e.g. that the J. Müller group can focus on improving energy efficiency. Through targeted data analysis taking account of environmental aspects, optimisation potentials and thus potential cost reductions can be identified and environmental risks can be reduced. J. Müller also wants to increase its competitiveness through these measures.
