JCL Logistics appoints three new CEOs an moved Headquarter

Headquarters of JCL AG moved to Werndorf; Stefan Delacher (CEO) and Martin Löffler (CFO) to quit the management board

JCL Logistics has recently restructured the top management. Robert Frei, Marco Dazzi and Wolfgang Tomaschett were appointed new CEOs, Stephan Jöbstl will head the company again as CEO, following his intermediate activity in the supervisory board. The previous managers Stefan Delacher (CEO) and Martin Löffler (CFO) quit the management board due to different perceptions of the company’s strategy, according to a press release.

Robert Frei has gained longstanding management experience with Panalpina. He will assume the function of COO for the air & ocean, contract logistics and supply chain management units. The born Swiss Dazzi will be in charge of the financial and controlling area as CFO from January 1, 2014. In the past years Dazzi had been holding positions in the logistics and financial industry (Kuehne + Nagel and Panalpina among others). Tomaschett assumes the function of COO for the road & rail unit. Thanks to his market experience and about 30 years working for the company, he shall push the development of JCL AG in this segment.

In the course of optimisation measures the structure of the holding shall become leaner in the coming weeks. Headquarters will be moved to the cargo terminal in Werndorf. The optimisation program also provides for decentralisation of existing holding units ( such as controlling, HR, marketing etc.).

JCL Logistics, based in Graz (Austria), conducts operations in the areas of transport and product logistics, in 25 countries with over 60 branches and 1400 employees. Specialising in integrated supply chain management for the segments healthcare, chemical, retail, automotive and industry, they generated turnover of EUR 473 million in 2012.
