| Acquisition of ABV Logistics strengthens JF Hillebrand’s position in global wine and beverages logistics JF Hillebrand Group, established in the global transport logistics industry for beverages, wine and spirits, takes another step to consolidate its market position in the core business. By taking over the forwarding company ABV Logistics Ltd. in Wickford (UK) the enterprise strengthens its structure in the United Kingdom. The acquired company provides global logistics concepts for customers from the beer, wine and spirits industry. ABV Logistics maintains intense business relations with representatives of the Italian and Iberian beverage industry. JF Hillebrand acts as a specialist for “global beverage logistics“.
