Johann Fedl joins the roof of Müller Transporte
Müller Transporte establish the joint venture Fedl Kühl-Logistik GmbH as their own “bridgehead“ in Styria
Müller transports and their longstanding Styrian partner, Mr. Johann Fedl, have established a joint venture. Fedl Kühl-Logistik GmbH joins the international logistics know-how of Müller Transporte and the regional market expertise of the Fedl Kühl- und Lagerlogistik company.
Müller Transporte is holding 76 per cent, thus the majority stake, of the company founded in April 2014. Johann Fedl is holding 24 per cent of the share capital. He is also one of the directors of the new company.
With the establishment of the subsidiary Fedl Kühl-Logistik, Müller Transporte with headquarters in Wiener Neudorf continues its growth. The previous Fedl customers gain access to an international logistics infrastructure for temperature controlled transport in Europe.

Johann also Fedl, who continues to manage the location in Styria, is in good spirits, „Through this collaboration, our customers will benefit in the future from the international experience of Müller Transporte, and at the same time we take care for a long-term perspective for our employees and the location near Graz.“
Founded in 1959 Müller Transporte GmbH is one of Austria ’s leading transport service providers in the field of temperature controlled cargo. The company has its headquarters in Wiener Neudorf, Lower Austria, on the outskirts of Vienna and has 200 ultra-modern refrigerated semi trailers, own cooling and warehouses. At four company locations in Austria and neighboring countries 390 persons are employed.
The Firma Fedl Kühl- und Lagerlogistik company has 25 employees, 16 cool trailers and a temperature-controlled warehouse for professional cold chain logistics solutions in short and long distance transport and generated approximately EUR 4 million in sales last year. Johann Fedl has been serving customers in Styria and beyond in this segment for 30 years.
