Johnston rebrands as Dachser Ireland
Johnston Logistics is to change its name to Dachser Ireland in September, completing its integration with Dachser after the logistics provider acquired a majority stake in the company.
Johnston Logistics has already adopted Dachser’s yellow and blue trucks and operational integration to Dachser’s proprietary IT systems for transport and warehouse management was completed in February.
Johnston Logistics managing director Albert Johnston said: “With the integration into the Dachser network, we have found a good, sustainable path for future developments. Both family businesses stand for the same values. And both sides contribute expertise that will ensure further growth—in both our domestic and our export business.”
