Kidds Transport invests £1.6m in warehousing

Lancaster based Kidds Transport in has invested £1.6 million in 130,000 sq ft of additional warehousing space to increase its customer offering following a period of significant business growth.

The warehousing space will provide of storage space for increased productivity and will also provide two acres of parking to help Kidds increase and meet the growing demand from customers seeking off-site storage facilities.

“This investment means that we’re now able to provide our major customers with an additional local warehousing facility and will facilitate further growth,” said Kidds Transport managing director Simon Park.

“This new facility will give us a total of 220,000ft² of warehousing across our two sites, which will allow us to expand our warehousing client base,” he added.
