Kuehne + Nagel: Achim Glass assumes sales management in CEE

Jörg Hennecke becomes Kuehne + Nagel’s manager for the south-west region in Germany; Achim Glass will be his successor in Vienna
 
A personnel change is to take place in a key position with Kuehne + Nagel Eastern Europe AG headquartered in Vienna. Achim Glass is to take over the position of the senior vice president sales & marketing, effective 1 February 2013. He is succeeding Jörg Hennecke, who had been holding this position in the past five years.
 
Achim Glass started his career with Kuehne + Nagel in 1997 in Hamburg as route sales manager and became national sales manager in Chile in 2001. Afterwards he changed for the Swiss headquarters to establish logistics services for the hotel sector and take over global management of marine logistics.
