Kuehne+Nagel to neutralise carbon emissions for UK Greetings

Greeting card publisher UK Greetings has become Kuehne+Nagel’s first customer in the UK to sign up to its Net Zero Carbon initiative.

Through Net Zero carbon K+N will offer CO2 neutralisation services to UK Greetings including ‘climate-friendly transport’ and offsetting the remaining emissions with CO2 certificates.

Richard Wilkinson, operations director, UK Greetings Ltd, said: “Businesses have a hugely important role to help build a more sustainable future.

Kuehne+Nagel UK’s seafreight director Matt Laflin, added: “Almost a year since the introduction of Net Zero Carbon, the programme is becoming increasingly popular with our international customers.
