LondonMetric pre-lets 138,000 sq ft at Bedford Link
LondonMetric has let two logistics warehouses totalling 138,000 sq ft at its Bedford Link Logistics Park.
US automation & technology business has taken on a 107,000 sq ft warehouse and commercial furniture wholesaler Workstories has taken a 31,000 sq ft warehouse.
Both warehouses have been let on 15-year leases with an average rent of £7.25 psf and which will generate £1.0 million of rent per annum.
Construction works on the warehouse are due for completion shortly. The first phase of the development is now 73 per cent pre-let and one 50,000 sq ft warehouse remains.
“We continue to see good interest from occupiers for the last remaining warehouse and will look to commence development of the second phase totalling 500,000 sq ft upon commitment from new occupiers,” said LondonMetric chief executive Andrew Jones.
